Your payment is automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account each month.

We need from you:

1. a signed EFT form (click the underlined words to bring up the form, and print it out) with
2. a voided check (write VOID across a blank check).

Mail the EFT form and your voided check to our office.

We activate new EFT accounts at the end of the month. Once we have activated your EFT request, your next bill will show the letters “EFT” on the bottom left corner of your bill.
