As a residential customer, if you get behind on your payments, you can negotiate a payment plan with us to avoid gas service shut-off.

Gas service will not be discontinued if you pay a reasonable amount of the outstanding bill (usually 50%) and agree to pay a reasonable portion of the remaining outstanding balance in installments until the bill is paid in full. Installment payments must be complete by early June.

Your gas service can be disconnected if payments are not received on time. Keeping to the payment schedule is very important.

There will be no finance charge on this agreement.
