Moving in?
Renters: Please visit our office to complete an application. Bring your photo ID and contact information for your landlord.

New home owners: Please call our office and request that an application be mailed to you, or visit our office and bring a photo ID.

Email bill delivery is available
Request Email Bill Delivery if you prefer not to receive a paper bill. Choose 'Email Bill Delivery' from the Service Request drop down box above, and click 'Go'.
Moving away?
To close out your account, request a Final Bill. Choose 'Final Bill' from the Service Request drop down box above, and click 'Go'.

Paying Your bills

River Falls payment location (checks and cash)

Our office is centrally located in River Falls at 415 S. 2nd Street (near Cascade Avenue). We have a mail slot for after-hours payments.

Prescott payment location (checks and cash)

First National Bank of River Falls/Prescott,
1151 N. Canton Street, Prescott.

Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) from your bank account (checking or savings account)

Use this application form to initiate EFT payment. Your bill payment will be transferred automatically from your checking account each month on the due date. A voided check is required for setup.

By phone or online ($4.40 fee): via PSN payment service (checks, credit or debit cards)
